EPT Superstore - Webshop Terms & Conditions

1. General Information on the Webshop
EPT Superstore is a webshop operated by Disc Golf Company Oy (Business ID: 3234532-9)
We sell products world wide. A person who buys from our webshop must be over 18 years old. We reserve rights to change product prices and shipping costs. All prices include VAT. We operate according to Finnish law.
Products are mainly ordered by using the shopping cart on our website. To fulfill your order we need your first name, last name, street address, postal code, city and country. We also need at an e-mail address and your mobile phone number.
Why we need all this information?
All orders are confirmed with an email that contains the cost of the order, shipping cost and products ordered. A valid email address is required so that we can send you a order acknowledgement and tracking details of your order. Phone number is needed to ensure that the delivery can be made by the logistics service provider.
The customer must agree to our Terms & Conditions to be able to place an order.
In case a product that has been ordered is not available for some reason, we will inform the customer either by email or phone. Colors and stamps of products may differ from illustrations of the webshop. This is the case especially with dye-colored discs that are individual.
3. Payment Methods
There's a reasonable variety of payment methods available including but not limited to majority of Finnish Banks, International Credit Cards and PayPal that are offered through selected payment service provider (Paytrail Plc).
4. Shipping Methods
For shipping we use Posti and Matkahuolto, finnish logistics service providers. Deliveries outside Finland is handled through Posti Oyj, it's partners and GLS.
5. Return Policy
According to the Finnish consumer rights legislation ”Suomen kuluttajansuojalaki”, for the customer who has delivery address in Finland has a right to change or return a product in 14 days the shipment was received. This right is valid only for products in their original packages and products that are unused and in condition to be put on sale again. More information at the returns and refunds page.
6. Problems in Shipping and Defective Products
In case a product has been lost or damaged during its shipment, the customer must complain to the logistics service provider responsible for the delivery. You can inform us about such a situation by sending an email to email@example.com. If our contribution is needed, we are glad to help you.
7. Dispute resolution body
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service.
