Customer returns (Domestic)

According to the Finnish consumer rights legislation ”Suomen kuluttajansuojalaki”, for the customer who has delivery address in Finland has a right to change or return a product in 14 days the shipment was received. All returns must be first discussed with our customer service via email. If the returning of the goods does not result from a manufacturing flaw or a mistake by EPT Superstore, the client will be subject to cover the original shipping costs and the return fee. Approved returns will be either refunded to the customer directly to the customer’s bank account or in some other way agreed by both the customer and EPT Superstore.

 

Customer Returns (International)

For International returns customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items. All items must be returned in original condition, including possible manufacturer packaging, tags, and any accessories. Please ensure returns are packaged carefully. Make sure you use a logistics service provider that insures the shipment for it's value and gives you a proof of shipping. Always inform us in advance that your will return products by sending us email to store@europeanprotour.com 

Include the following information on the return shipment:

  • order number
  • your name
  • your full address
  • your email address and telephone number
  • copy of order acknowledgement or receipt

Refunds

Once we have received your shipment and checked the returned items are in mint condition, we'll proceed with refunding you the payment. We'll refund the amount you paid for your item(s) back with the same payment method you used placing the order.
